THE
Story
I'm a software developer based in Belém, Brazil, building production systems for SEDUC-PA — the State of Pará's Department of Education. My day-to-day work sits around Go, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, APIs, authentication, and internal platforms used in real government workflows.
On the Censo Operacional project, I built the school data collection application and the original administrative dashboard. I also contribute to systems for civil-servant evaluation and public hiring, where correctness, traceability, and secure access matter more than novelty.
Security is the direction I keep pushing deeper: threat modeling, hardening, application security, and defensive tooling. GoSpector explores bounded reconnaissance pipelines; WAF-Proxy explores request inspection and policy enforcement in Rust and Lua. I'm open to remote contractor roles worldwide, especially backend-heavy teams that treat security as part of software quality.
